Obituary for Terry Ivey Widner Published by the Evans-Skipper Funeral Home Terry Ivey Widner, age 57, of Crawfordville, FL and formerly of Donalsonville, GA passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 in Tallahassee, FL. Terry was born on April 25, 1961 in Donalsonville, GA to the now late Ivey G. "Junior" Widner and the late Francis Joan Widner. He graduated from Seminole County High School in 1979 where he was a standout on the football field and continued his education and love for football at Florida State University where he played for Coach Bobby Bowden from 1979-1983. While at Florida State, he earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminology. Terry worked with Childers Construction and in his spare time loved fishing, working with the Cub Scouts, and watching sports. One could be assured his favorite sports watching involved the Seminoles! Terry was a member of New Testament Bible Church in Crawfordville, FL. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Michelle L. Widner; his sons, Cordy Gavin Widner and Daniel Ryan Strickland; and his daughters, Dana Charise and Merrissa Kelly. Terry is also survived by his grandchildren, Kinslee Davis, Rilee Davis, and Ivy Davis; his sister, Sharon Hodges and her husband Benny; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
