Lindburgh (Lindy) Eugene Boatwright, age 73, of Colquitt County, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2008.

Lindy was born January 7, 1935, in Moultrie, Ga. He resided the majority of his life in Keystone Heights, Fl where he raised his three children. He moved back to Moultrie in 2000 to live out the remainder of his life. He was of veteran of the United States Army.

Lindy is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Ethleen (Ethel) Wilkins Boatwright; father, John Thomas Boatwright; brothers, John Wallace Boatwright, Charles Vernon Boatwright; and sister, Lonie Sanders.

He is survived by his three children; daughters, Marianne Palmer of Pensacola, FL, Elizabeth Glotfelty of Chesterfield, VA; and son, Lin Boatwright of Chicago, IL; and four beautiful grandchildren.
