Dr. Carroll W. Gleaton, 87, of Tampa, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015. A native of Tampa he graduated from Hillsborough High School class of 1945, The Florida State University class of 1949 and Temple University class of 1953. He was a member of many medical organizations and a staunch supporter of Florida State University. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Myrna and son, Dwight. He is survived by his daughter, Jean Marie "Jinkey" Barker; son, Wayne; companion, Marie Warner; daughters-in-law, Linda and Gail; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
