Cloud passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family at his side
on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. He was born in Greensboro, North Carolina,
and was the owner of St. Cloud Insurance Agency. He is survived by wife
Beverly A. Fletcher, St. Cloud, Florida; son Richard S. Fletcher II and
stepson Jason Silvius, both of Florida; parents Thomas E. and Betty
Fletcher, brother Thomas E. Fletcher II ("Hymer"), sister Cindy Pride,
sister Becky Downing and brother-in-law, Mark Downing, all residing in
Jacksonville, Florida; sister Linda McAllister and brother-in-law, Colin
McAllister of Springfield, Missouri and eight nieces and nephews. |
